Mongolian Employers Federation

It is my great pleasure to introduce Mongolian Employers’ Federation and its activities to accomplish our mission.

In 1990, MONEF was founded during the period of the country’s historical transition from centrally planned economy to the market economy.

During the past 15 years, the federation has been trying to promote private sector development, representing at the national level the employers’ interest, developing in national level the social tripartite partnership, to protect the members opinion to preparation laws and government policies, developing human resource management and providing services to members. These efforts have significantly helped improve the industrial relations and private sector development in Mongolia.

Finally we are pleased to express our sincere gratitude all those who have supported and helped in the activities of the federation.
